Merchandise Sales The Humble Civic Center & Arena has an in-house merchandise sales group which will handle all merchandise sales.  Rates shall be negotiated prior to the event.  Civic Center reserves the right to inventory in and out all items that may be offered for sale.  Civic Center reserves the right to deny the display or sale of items that may be considered offensive.  Civic Center Director’s decision will be final. 

After Midnight Civic Center Rental

Rental: Per ½ hour till 2am. $ 75.00
Food Fee: Per Person $ 1.00
Security: $ 35.00 per officer per hour (4 hour minimum)
Labor:
$ 25.00 per man/per hour
